In the name of God

Dear Colleagues,
One of the most important missions of scientific societies is promotion of the scientific status of the related scientific fields in national and international levels.
Iranian Society of Radiology, as one the active societies in the realm of scientific associations in the country, has experienced impressive development in the past few years, which is greatly indebted to the great efforts of our team; including all the members of Iranian Society of Radiology, board of director members, executive committee, medical council organization, academy of medical science, and some other governmental and nongovernmental organizations.
The annual radiology congresses have served as a beneficial ground for promoting the scientific state of radiology, closer relation with other medical fields, opening new scientific, educational and managerial horizons, close relationships with technologists and technicians ’s association, demonstrating the latest technologic achievements in radiology, and in short, opening a window to the vast and wide world of science.
Attendance of thousands of radiologists, technologists and technicians, hundreds of radiology equipment exporter and importer firms and numerous prominent professors from well-known scientific centres throughout the world serve as a confirmation of this claim.
This year, with the assistance of God, we shall witness the holding of the 27th Iranian Congress of Radiology, by the enormous efforts of Dr .Jalalshokouhi, president of 27th Iranian Congress of Radiology. Attendance of our radiologist colleagues, nuclear medicine specialists, radiology technicians and other specialists lead to scientific proliferation and progress in our beloved country.
It is my personal pleasure to invite my dear colleagues to this significant congress which shall be held in Tehran, on May 17th to May 20th, during which time our guests shall be able to enjoy the best climate of Tehran. The honorable international guests shall participate in our domestic tours as well.
